The location of the December 11th, 2008 meeting has been changed.
The public hearing will now be held on December 11, 2008 at 9:00 a.m. at the City of Simi Valley, Council Chambers, 2929 Tapo Canyon Road, Simi Valley, California.
The Regional Board has also issued Revised Documents and Responses to Comments pertaining to the proposed amendments to the water quality control plan for the Los Angeles Region (Basin Plan) to reconsider the Upper Santa Clara River (USCR) Chloride TMDL and consider conditional site specific objectives (SSOs) for chloride and interim wasteload allocations (WLAs) for sulfate and total dissolved solids.
The Regional Board has issued official notice for the hearing to discuss the proposed Basin Plan Amendment for the Upper Santa Clara River (USCR) chloride Total Maximum Daily Load (TMDL) and consider conditional site specific objectives (SSOs) for chloride.

A Draft Response to Comments Report on the Task 2B-2 Report is now available for download. This Response to Comments Report was written in response to the comments received at the September 23rd TWG Meeting. Comments or questions on this draft report are due by Friday October 10th, 2008.
The materials from the September 23rd TWG meeting are now available for download. These include the presentations given at the meeting, as well as the Sulfate Technical Memorandum prepared by ENVIRON.
Stakeholder comments on the four draft reports that were developed for the Regional Board Staff Report are now available for download.
These documents provide stakeholder input on the materials that will inform the Regional Board Staff Report currently being prepared for the December 11, 2008 TMDL Hearing.

Four draft reports have been developed for the Regional Board Staff Report currently being prepared for the November, 2008 TMDL Hearing. These materials are draft only, pending review by the Regional Board. TWG members, Santa Clara River Project Stakeholders, and the public are invited to review and provide comments on the documents.
Comments are requested no later than August 22nd 2008, by 3:30 pm.
The Final GSWI Task 2B-1 Numerical Model Development and Scenario Results for the East and Piru Subbasins report, including the supplement prepared by Geomatrix is now available for download.
