Regional Board Official Notice of Hearing on Proposed Basin Plan Amendment

The Regional Board has issued official notice for the hearing to discuss the proposed Basin Plan Amendment for the Upper Santa Clara River (USCR) chloride Total Maximum Daily Load (TMDL) and consider conditional site specific objectives (SSOs) for chloride.

Important DRAFT Regional Board Staff Report Materials Available for Review

DEADLINE EXTENDED TO AUGUST 22nd, 2008 at 3:30 PM

Four draft reports have been developed for the Regional Board Staff Report currently being prepared for the November, 2008 TMDL Hearing. These materials are draft only, pending review by the Regional Board. TWG members, Santa Clara River Project Stakeholders, and the public are invited to review and provide comments on the documents.

Comments are requested no later than August 22nd 2008, by 3:30 pm.
